T-SQL Tuesday

Every meaningful career is built on more than technical expertise. It is built on relationships, mentorship, shared experiences, and a willingness to invest in others. For me, T-SQL Tuesday represents those values. It is a community founded on learning, strengthened through contribution, and sustained by people committed to helping one another grow. Over the years, the lessons gained from participating in the broader data community have influenced not only how I approach technology, but how I approach leadership itself. The pathway from learning to contributing, from speaking to leading, and ultimately from leading to leaving a legacy is not unique to technology; it is the foundation of professional growth. The visual below captures that journey and serves as a reminder that lasting influence is rarely measured by what we accomplish alone, but by how many others move forward because we chose to share, teach, encourage, and invest in them.

T-SQL Tuesday is a block party where data professionals from all over the globe get together and post on a topic. You can read about what the history of T-SQL Tuesday here and how Adam Machanic started this several years ago; along with the current leader of it, Steve Jones.
